What types of items can you embroider?

Hillshire Station can embroider pretty much anything - YOURS OR OURS – as long as it fits onto our machines:

How do I place an order?

You can place your orders through the online store.  If you require additional customization than what is available you can call us at 630-321-0289 or email us at information@hillshirestation.com   For commercial and full custom design work, please call or email us to discuss your specific needs.

What types of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, Cash* & Checks*.  Orders will be completed once payment has been processed.
*instore orders only.

What is the cost to monogram?

Prices start at $8 for a name* or monogram with 1 inch tall letters, $10 for 2 inch tall letters and goes up from there.
*for names that are over 10 letters there is an additional charge.
Yes, for an additional cost, we can ship in the US and internationally. Most single items ship in the US for under $10.   See Shipping & Returns for more details.
Can you ship?

What are your hours of operation?

The online store is always open!
In store hours are Tuesday & Thursday 9am – 3pm.  All other times are by appointment.

Can I place a rush orders?

Yes, rush orders are subject to a surcharge of 25%.  Same day rush orders will be subject to a surcharge of 50%.

Do you have a minimum order amount?

We have an $8 minimum order on embroidery designs, regardless of listed price, on items not purchased from Hillshire Station.

Turnaround time?

Our turnaround time is approximately one - two weeks* once an order has been confirmed. Please note that turnaround times can be slightly longer at "back to school" time and around holidays.   *Stephanie Dawn items can take up to three weeks to ship. 

Return Policy?

Personalized items are non-returnable except for defect or error by Hillshire Station.
